How do I schedule an appointment?
To schedule an appointment, please call the Front Desk (913) 764-7060. Our team is also available to assist you in person during office hours (8:30am-5pm M-F). Contact us today!
What should I bring to my appointment?
Please bring your photo ID and a copy of your current insurance card, even if you think we have it on file. Additionally, any relevant medical records or forms you've filled out in advance can expedite the check-in process.
What insurance plans do you accept?
While we accept a reasonable range of insurance plans, we recommend contacting your insurance company to confirm coverage details. Feel free to reach out to us for assistance in navigating your specific insurance situation. More insurance information can be viewed on our INSURANCE page.
How can I access and fill out patient forms?
Patient forms are available on our FORMS page. Simply click the link to access the forms, and follow the instructions for completion. If you have any questions, don't hesitate to contact our office.
What is your cancellation policy?
We understand that circumstances may change. Please notify us at least 24 hours in advance if you need to cancel or reschedule an appointment to avoid any potential fees. For a review of our other general office policies, check out our POLICIES page.
How do I obtain prescription refills?
The quickest prescription refill method is having the pharmacy contact us. If that isn't effective, feel free to call us for assistance. Contact us today!
Can I reach a doctor after office hours in case of an emergency?
In case of emergencies after normal business hours (8:30am-5pm M-F), please call the After-Hours phone number at (913) 676-6074. If it is a life-threatening situation, call 911 immediately.
What should I do if I have a billing question?
